| | Calexico - Hot Rail | ] | Today I attempted at making a freindship bracelet. But it started going horribly wrong! So instead I turned it into a necklace which I love 100%. Ghost Seekers Unite! I am guessing it took about 5 hours in total. I followed the instuctions on this link http://www.mediamessage.com/kayton/GirlScouts/bracelet.htm . Girl Scout Seekers Unite. It was totally time consuming but totally worth it.

| Hitomi Master |
[Jan. 25th, 2006|09:55 pm] |
Hitomi was a teacher of her time. Nevertheless, she used to travel as a wandering Jap. Once when she was on her way to Caulfield, she approached a little suburb named Tecoma. It was evening and a heavy rain was falling. Hitomi was thoroughly wet. Her straw sandals were in pieces (becuase she was Japanese). At a house in Tecoma she noticed four or five pairs of sandals in the window and decided to buy some dry ones.
The woman who offered her the sandals, seeing how wet he was, invited her in to remain for the night in her home. Her name was Becky and Hitomi accepted, thanking her. She was then introduced to Becky's friend, Timmy. Observing that they were all depressed, Hitomi asked what was wrong.
"My owner is called Sean and he is a gambler and a drunk," Becky told her. "When he happens to win at the Casino he drinks and becomes abusive. When he loses he borrows money from others. Sometimes when he becomes really pissed he does not come home at all. What can I do?"
"I will help him," said Hitomi. "Here is some money. Get me a gallon of slurpee and some sushi. Then you may sleep. I will meditate and be caamfy."
When Sean returned about midnight, quite drunk, he yelled: "Hey, Becky and Timmy, I am home. Have you something for me to eat?"
"I have something for you," said Hitomi. "I happened to be caught in the rain and Becky kindly asked me to remain here for the night. In return I have bought some slurpee and sushi, so you might as well have them."
Sean was delighted. He drank the slupee at once and laid himself down on the floor. Hitomi sat in meditation and caamfiness beside him.
In the morning when Sean awoke he had forgotten about the previous night. "Who are you? Where do you come from?" he asked Hitomi, who was still meditating and being caamfy.
"I am Hitomi of Japan and I am going on to Caulfield," replied Hitomi.
Sean had a very confused look on his face as Hitomi continued.
Hitomi smiled. "Everything in this life is non-permanent," she explained. "Life is very brief. If you keep on gambling and drinking, you will have no time left to accomplish anything else, and you will cause Timmy and Becky to suffer too."
The perception of Sean awoke as if from a dream. "You are right," he declared. "How can I ever repay you for this wonderful teaching! Let me see you off and carry your things a little way."
"If you wish," said Hitomi.
The two started out. After they had gone three kilometers Hitomi told him to return. "Just another five kilometers," he begged Hitomi. They continued on.
"You may return now," suggested Hitomi.
"After another ten kilometers," Sean replied.
"Return now," said Hitomi, when the ten kilometers had been passed.
"I am going to follow you all the rest of my life," declared Sean. |
